Has anyone done any business with this SS and could you tell me what kind of relationship you have had with them? Also have you ever had to deal with their Accounting Dept specifically?? or Invoicing???.. Just curious if anyone had any dealings with them.

I have done a couple of signings for them. I have called their accounting department, although I've never actually spoken to anyone. Each time I got a voice message. They have set procedures that you have to follow in order to get paid. They do pay. Eventually. They were more than fair with the fee they paid me. I haven't been paid for the second signing, but that was on March 31 -- less than 30 days.

I have done only one for them , but I will never work for them again. They deal mostly with very
unethical lenders and uninformed borrowers. I am still waiting for payment now almost 60 days.

I will never do work for them again. I am still waiting for payment and I am going on 90 days. If you decided to work for them.....good luck.

I am waiting on payment for a piggy back from them. 60 days out and numerous invoices, e-mails, etc. No more.

You are taking your chances.
