beware of secured fundings (lender)
Did one for Richmond Title last week and the lender was secured fundings......it was the most time consuming biggest pain in the a**closing I've done in my three years in the business. Un believable amount of faxbacks.....I was asked to send THREE blank acknowledgments "in case of mistakes" that werent caught on the faxbacks. Then got a all the next day for another acknowledgement...... I asked what for and was told "Oh nevermind" and hung up on. I am reporting this as a heads up for everyone at the EOM...... beware you'll be spending alot of time with BS for this lender.
