Service Link?
Their schedulers usually doesn't know who the lender is or type of docs. Make sure you read their SA checklist they email you to see if they require faxbacks (usually quite a few) and split package. You may want to call the scheduler back and charge accordingly. They have you jump through hoops so if you have lots of extra time on your hands, you may want to work with them.

Re: Service Link?
I just had them take me out of their database. They only wanted to pay me 65 for an overnight and 75 for edocs. Not happen, sorry.

Re: Service Link?
You bill them the end of the month and usually get a check within 2 weeks.

Only you can decide
I have only had to fax back and split packages for Full Spectrum and the scheduler has ALWAYS known who the lender was, so I don't understand some of the other remarks. They have also known when it's been a Washington Mutual. They pay like a SS and not like a TC, but if it's in the middle of the day and close I will take it The biggest headache I've found is the monthly invoice (must use their form). Really don't understand it because you log into the web site to update the order. Oh, well, everyone has their own quirks, which sometimes learning the quirks can be the toughest part of the job. Also fees can and sometimes will be adjusted for distance and if you are known to the schedulers as a "can do" type of person. If you can make their life easier and they have any flexibility it will come back to you! Of course, this goes for any SS or TC.
