elynx blank doc

anyone know about elynx? i got a doc but it came out blank. i called thess and they said it wil go straight to the printer
i have a pcl6 hp2550 , i tried to click print but nothing. can someone help me? thanks

Go to www.pawnotary.com and click on "downloads" and download and install the elynx print utility and you will be able to print the docs.

It is never a good idea to forward the docs to another signing agent, or anyone else because of the privacy issues.

Elynx system requirements

I do believe the Elynx print utility is a PC/Windows based application. You may want to call Elynx phone support 800-905-0939 and ask for assistance or fill out their online request at http://www.elynx.com/contact/techsupport
