Start by signing up with NREIS, SOX, and CNI. They love to send work to new signing agents! Good luck!

You need to start by getting some basic notary training
Again, this is not to meant to be mean spirited, but you need some training. Do NOT solicit any basic notary work until you have at the minium memorized the California notary Handbood. Do NOT solicit any loan signing until you get some training. You are putting yourself in financial peril and doing a diservice to the borrower and who ever hires you.
Re: This is not meant to be mean spirited Posted by Anonymous from 69.105.42.132 of CA on 4/17/06 3:20pm Msg #114027 from logged in user The line Stated SEAL..That is were I placed the seal..The titel company told me i should have signed my name there. that we the confusing part. I have now gone to the title company and corrected. Thanks everyone for all your input.
If you cannot execute the most basic of notorial duties, you should not be soliciting business until you can execute your notary duties and have some proficiency handling loan documents. Stamping a Note or any other loan document that has the archaic term for signature is not going to get you any return business.
Once you feel comfortable, go to the search button and type in message 33325 print and follow.
Consider joining the Signing Resistry as I am told they have a fine mentoring program. Do yourself a favor and follow these suggestions before you harm yourself or your clients. You have already burned a Title Company, don't burn any more bridges. There are NO second chances in this game..... Best of luck in your endeavor

Questions like this don't deserve an answer.
For the umpteth time, think about this stuff BEFORE you decide to go into a particular line of work people. At least pretend to act like you're running a business.
