lenders need to act professionally

Today, after making numerous phone calls to the borrower to schedule an open date/time closing, (left messages on answering machines and the whole bit)--- I found out that the borrower talked countrywide into allowing her sister to do the closing. No one ever called and cancelled this with me, or ever mentioned anything to me. Now if this is an appropriate way to handle these closings ok. But dont whine about the resigns. What do I now do with the confirmation? I guess just throw it away.
I know I rank high with countrywide and always do a thorough job for them. I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism shown in this transaction.

If they let her sister do the closing it sounds like a conflict of interest and may also be against state law.
