lowering the fee
I told a company my fee and they agreed to pay it. I had a confirmation for it too. When I downloaded the package it was just a handfull of pages. I called the company back and told them that I would take a lower fee because it wasn't as much work involved as I thought it would be. They sent me a new confirmation for the lower fee. I just thought it was the right thing to do.

set a price and stick to it. if you set the price the same be it 4 pages or 100 pages, it all works out in the long run. you can bet that this company won't raise the agreed fee with packages containing more pages than you expected.

I can see having a relationship like this with a company but
first I would have to ask my self, "Would this company raise my fee if it was more work than I originally thought it was?

I discussed a similar scenario with a friend today...I say you lower the fee...she said what most of you do.
