this is kinda funny

tonight just as I was finishing a signing, the borrowers phone began to ring... telemarketers looking for people to refinance, one right after another including the company that they had just signed the docs for. They thought it was amusing

Borrowers may have checked out online websites. Those leads are sent out to several mortgage companies simultaneously.
