trust deed and note on legal size

hello, I suppose to print the loan package on letter size but my printer print it on legal size. Do you think it going to be a problem?

Maybe, maybe not. If your instructions were to print it all on letter size, then the lender and/or title company may have a problem. Many recorders charge extra for legal size documents.

When I receive docs printed on legal paper that have to record, I just walk them over to my fancy paper slicer and cut them to letter size. It saves the borrower a few bucks.

Check your paper size default in the printer properties tab to see what it's set to print. (Start ->Settings ->Printers ->Properties) Additionally, you can set these properties per job, if different from the default settings.

Hello Melissa, yes I check my printer and look that every thing is fine. I never had any problem. I print the other 3 attachement fine, can be the file I dowload? is MOLprint.
