11th hour Signings? GBU

They have a 45 day turnaround for payments. They say they had a bad accountant and now things are running smoothly. Can I get a witness?

I've done 2 for them, pay's a little slow, around the 45 day time you stated, however they've always met my fee, don't babysit you to death and I'd take more from them.

Careful though, since I don't think they pay full fee if the loan doesn't sign and/or close. Find out their policy in advance...

Yeah, I agreed before I got the terms in the email. I get 35 bucks if it doesnt close or they cancel. Oh well it was just a few blocks away. Thanks
