Stay south of 3, east of 287, west of the Hudson and north of Edison bridge!
JerseyBoy stated he will give you some assistance. I left" Jorsey" in 05. Research & study as must as you can. Enjoy the "Signing" life.

Gina,
Asking for a list of companies to sign on with is very much like asking anybody to start your business for you. You have to find your own customers. We can help you with questions about notarizations or billing questions, etc. There is no silver platter when starting up in this business.

I realize that I was on the company list, and it's difficult to see what companies are in what areas of the country etc. I've just been logging onto their websites and signing up.
Thanks anyway.

It doesn't matter what area of the country companies are
in that you sign up with, because they will be representing title and lenders working in your area. If you are not a premier member, it may only show names and not contact info. Google the names, or google Signing Services and sign up with a minimum of 200 companies. Hopefully you have been paying attention to who pays and who do not. Make sure you use the search and enter 33325

You can start by checking out info on any company you sign up with by using the search button first. It'll give you a basic view of others experiences with them. You'll have to form your own opinion on whether you think a company is worth doing business with. As with anything else, your experience with a company may be totally different than someone elses. Where are you in NJ?

Best Advice
Start reading this board from the day you joined until you reach message number one (you can skip, of course, all the O.T. posts). You will then have the equivalent to a Master's Degree in Loan Signing. Almost anything you ever wanted to know about loan signing has already been posted and most of it numerous times. You will also get a feel for payment schedules, which companies to avoid, etc. There is a wealth of knowledge here FREE, you just need to read and learn it.
