Another RTC question

I completed a piggyback loan this am and was careful to check all docs before leaving because Bo said he was out the door right behind me for a two week vacation. Well, evidently I didn't check them carefully enough because now I notice the (signed) RTC says "Borrower's copy" (on the HELOC).

Is this going to be a problem at closing? Any fixes at this point? TIA

So long as each bwr recd 2 copies, it should.....

not be a problem
Put a signed note in pkg stating that you
gave each bwr not less than 2 copies each of
a completed RTC for each loan.
The RTC form that the bwr signs is actually a receipt
for two copies of the form.

Agreeing: Not a problem ...

... as long as 1) each borrower got two copies for each loan; and B) one signed copy for each borrower for each loan gets sent back.

Thank's all. I would not have even posted this had it not been for a SS ( about a year ago) that insisted I go back and get the "lender's copy".

BTW, Bob, is it Chi-cah-go or Chi-coo-go? I'm from Detroit (but been in CA for 12 years) and even though I don't hear an accent, some people still ask me "where are you from? Chicoogo?" You all have the BEST pizza. Whenever I change planes in Chicahgo, I bring one home! Have a great week!

would stoop so low as to but ketchup on a hot dog.
My son-in-law is from MoTown, and I cringe when he
does that. The worst thing is that he taught my
grandson to do that also.
Chicago hot dog tip. Try a little celery salt. Grrrrrreaaaaat
My grandson has become both an avid White Sox and Tigers fan.
He is having a great time this year. When they play each other , he
cheers for both of them.

chilie on a hot dog, probably think that Tombstone is gourmet pizza.
I heard that some guy opened up a Lou Malnatti type pizza joint
in Lalaland and that it is pretty good. You might want to
check it out.
Actually if you call 800-lou-togo they will ship it frozen via fedex
Would highly recommend
