Anyone else REALLY slow?

I work part time so I don't usually worry about the flow of signings I get because I make my quota by the end of the month. This month I am WAY below. The phone has rang ONCE in the last four days.

Where are you located? It's been crazy busy here. From July 17th until now, I have had a minimum of 2 closings every day! I also get calls for areas I don't service and that's why I asked where you were.

Oh... Sorry, that's way too far north, I get a lot of calls for Colorado Springs and that area that I have to turn down because I don't go up there.

Slow here in Southwest Ohio. Was doing 12 to 15 per week for the past couple of months. This week I have 4 so far.

I'm trying to get my substitute teaching license in case this trend continues. The only way I can afford the part time job is the supplement with closings. At this rate I will need two part time jobs.

What grades will you teach? That's a smart profession to get into! My sis-in-law is a principal at one of the elem. schools in Canon City and she's told us how difficult it is to find subs! Most of the districts are desperate for them. Good Luck with you license!

I'm going to school to get my license in secondary history but I'll try to sub in any grade I can until I graduate. Hope to still do closings in the summer since teachers do not make much.

They sure don't! They are way too UNDERpaid in my opinion!

I am here in Orlando, Florida and I have not had one call all week. I really only average about 4 a week but I am suprised I haven't even had one.
I also work part-time at my church and do this part-time but will have to think about a full time job here soon if things don't pick up.

Could the weather have anything to do with it? Or are you even effected by Ernesto?

No threat at all - not even much rain! Last week was very slow as well.
I think one of the reasons is that there are 0ver 250 notary signing agents here within 25 miles of me!!!!

This has been my best month ever

Right now I've made almost $2700 over my minimum goal for the month.

I truly think Reverse Mortgages in Calif are going to be awesome: check out Brenda from Texas and get her Calif Reverse Mortgage list of Title Companies.
