Charm AL - Thanks for posting your "confession"!
Dear Charm - I'm so glad you posted your "confession" a few days ago (see message #140292). I just had the same thing happen where a pre-printed FedEx label was in the package. Was planning to use it until I happened to notice something in the instructions about where to send the package and it was different than the address on the label.
This was a Countrywide deal for NSC and I have never worked for NSC before. SO GLAD you posted that because I would have used that pre-printed FedEx label and the docs would have gone back to Countrywide instead of the TC!
