Did a signing at last!

Yes. Yesterday was my first loan signing.
It went pretty well - a lot of reading and being on this board a helped tremendously.
And the borrower was a really nice guy.

Though I have double checked almost everything before leaving, I forgot to get his thumbprint in my journal for DOT (Duh!). I called him to fix an appt for getting it today, he said he would come to my place as I am closer to his work.
Hope I didn't miss anything in the loan package - I'm waiting to hear from TC once they receive the package (cross my fingers)

Sonds like you did well. It gets eaiser from here. My first signing, I checked everything several times, and everything was fine with the loan, but I forgot to have the client sign my journal completely and had to go back for that ...........

Congrats. But you usually only hear from the TC IF there is something wrong. So cross your fingers you don't hear anything
