Downeysavings help if you can
I have not have any trouble before I just signed in today and retrieved docs went to sign in again with the loan # the email and the pin it tells me the info is incorrect I called the person that sent info and checked the info with them ,they tried and got right in the the site, I try and I get the same old message WRONG INFO. The company is telling me it is my pc but I do not know why it does not make any since to me. Any thoughts?

Make sure your caps lock is not on, then depending what browser you are using, go into your tools, options and clear your cache then try again .... If I had a dime for everytime I left the caps lock on ............

caps not on , cleared everything ie cookies No still does not work, in touch with downey help desk now they don't understand either. Yes Brenda been there also, sucks huh

your security settings might be preventing you from accessing that secure site. Try turning off your firewall for a (daring) moment and try logging in again.

Sorry, my brain quit functioning and I can't think of anything else. I tried to log in and it did not work, but it has been a while since I have done a Downey loan that my log in might have expired .. Isn't this the one where you put the first and last names on the same line without any spaces? I cant remember. One time I was putting in the escrow number instead of the loan number until I figured out I was using the wrong number ...... sometimes you get in a hurry .... Well, things will probably look better in the morning .... Good Luck..

To access the documents, a PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required. The PIN to access the documents associated to this notice has been preset to the last 4 digits of the Primary Borrower's social security number.
A special viewer required to access and view documents is made available for download at the web site noted above.
Attention: If you have downloaded the EDS Viewer before April 18th, 2006, you will need to upgrade the EDS Viewer. Click here to upgrade your EDS Viewer
Your browser must meet the following requirements to download the document set: - Netscape 6.2 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher - 128 Bit SSL encryption - _Javascript and cookies enabled
***NOTE: There upgrade does not work. Remove it from your computer and re-install the EDS viewer like your installing it for the first time. It will automatically install the upgraded version. I had to figure this one out the hard way. It almost cost me a signing.

Also, make sure it is not your own e-mail address your entering. They will give you:
1. Loan number
2. E-mail address ([e-mail address])
3. Pin #
