Email solicitations from Title Co., S.S., etc.

Is anyone else getting a bunch of these lately? I had 2 solicitations from two differant S.S.'s yesterday alone. Neither one had I worked for before and so I did a search and both had quite a few negative messages on this board and also GMN so needless to say I did not respond to them. However, the email I received from one had quite a few errors in the spelling and grammar. They expect us, notaries, to be "perfect" but their office staff (some at least) appear to be "bottom of the barrel" and I'll bet they are even paid more than we are.... LOL

I get about one of these a month. They go straight to the file shredder.

I know that some SA's have a great working relationship with companies that had sent them emails to sign up with them... use your OWN judgement. Don't be so quick to send it to the shedder.

I am still trying to get payment and of course no one will call me back.
