Funniest thing I've heard this month!

Just got a call: "Can you help me out with a closing? ... Today at 6:30 ... a first and second ... edocs ... $80".

Now THAT'S funny.

I remember one particular phone call I had gotten where I chuckled when she told me what the price would be and she started laughing with me. She knew darn well it was ridiculous, but she was just doing her job. I told her I felt sorry for her. I try not to laugh at these when they call, but sometimes it just cant be helped because it is just tooo funny.

Well as the Notary's that have no clue go away ? Just like in Real Estate we are flooded with agents that have never read the contracts they create and now that the market is slow they have no idea what to do. Waiting for them to go away too.
