Getting Paid

Has anyone worked for Accusigning out of Chandler, Arizona? How long did it take you to get paid and what recourse do you have if they don't? Can you go to small claims with an out of state company?

Did you use the "search" engine (orange tab on top of page). You'll find some threads on that company regarding payment issues.

Michele, try this link

If an out of state company does busniess in California, you can sue them but it is a bit complicated and when you do get your judgement , it is very difficult to collect. Fortunately, I only had one out of state company not pay. Rather than trying to sue in small claims, I found a collection agency in the local area (there are usually small, local collection agencys in most cities and towns) sent them my documentation, and they collected for me. But they will take a chunk of the amount owed. I also have seen collection agencys posted on this board in the past, so try the search function.

Good Luck

My first signing was with them. They paid in 45 days.

I have done a lot of work for them and have always gotten paid until they moved the office to AZ, now they owe me a lot of $$ and am just getting the run around on the phone, I just sent a final letter letting them know I was sending them to collection.
