Help...swiftview aint that swift !
Trying to download docs from swiftview and scrolling on the bottom of the page it says be patient, documents loading. Been patient for hours w/no results. Have re-installed swiftviewer but doesn't help. Swiftview let me sign in and recognizes me, but won't download docs and their techs apparently don't work on weekends. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you call the 800 number that should be available, they are 24/7. Just leave a message with your cell number - they will get back to you.

What type of browser do you use? I think it only works with Internet Explorer.

Thanks, all for the suggestions. Called the tech line and spent over a hour while he tried to work me through it. In the end, he couldn't figure it out either and asked if he could discuss my problem with some of the engineers and call me back next week. Jeez...I must have installed and uninstalled swiftview 6X before we gave it up. Have to call the TC 1st thing Monday and have them resend the files in pdf format.

The problem maybe have to do with your cookies enabling and popup blocker setting from your windows security, or that you were able to login to Swift only as a user, but not a recipient for the package.
