Help with cert. wording

I have researched and asked my husband who is also a SA and we are unsure of how to fill in the blanks on this cert. for a Deed of Trust.

On this 14 day of August, 2006 before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, duly commissioned and sworn, perosnally appeared Mr Borrower and Mrs Borrower to me known to be the individuals described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknoeledged to me that _____________ signed and sealed the said instrument as ______________ free and voluntary act and deed, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
WITNESS my hand...........

What the heck goes in the 2 spaces? TIA

Vicki

Looks to me like it would be he/she/they and his/her/their choices.
