Hud-1 Settlement Statement question

Have a signing for 8am tomorrow...going thru the docs and there is no signature area on the HUD. Anyone else come across this?

Yes, I always have the borrowers sign somewhere in the document.

HUD's like these almost always have a separate signature page.

Many times when there is a HUD in the package with no signature page, there will also be an "Estimated Settlement Statement". Have the borrowers initial or sign the HUD, just for the acknowledgment that they have seen it.

thanks all - Hud-1 Settlement Statement question

There was no signature page, but as Calnotary suggested, I just had her sign at page bottom.
