I had the most pleasant signing tonight!!

Got call this afternoon for 7:00 tonite - company met my fee less $10 (no biggie - 15 min from home and no fax backs) - got package SURPRISE!! - 2 loans - company didn't know - met my fee for second (mostly..<G> - still no fax backs -

Went to client who was the most pleasant mid-thirtyish single mom - very nice lady with wonderful young daughter - spent the most pleasant 2 hours signing and only a few questions easily resolved by LO..

I'd take six of these a day 7 days of week of they were all this nice - and if all the companies were this easy to deal with - what a nice night..

That's great to hear! After some of the EOM fiasco's we go through, it's nice to hear the good experiences like this one! Thanks for sharing!

Yepper.. every now & then we get to meet GREAT people and have wonderful signings. It's the terrible ones we seem to remember.

I also had a lovely signing last night. The borrower was a 74 year old widow. She was very patient when the docs didn't come in a timely manner and I was late to our appointment.

She came right out and told me when I arrived that it was wonderful to have company and meet someone new. She told me that she gets pretty lonely, especially since her granddaughter moved back down to FL to be closer to her own parents.

She and I had a wonderful time looking at all her collectible hob-knob glass, her antique serving dishes she received from her grandmother, her collection of copper jello molds, furniture her father and husband had made, and all her grandchildren's pictures.

I wasn't able to leave until almost 11:30 pm -- good thing she was my last appointment of the night.

Similar situation - I had the feeling this girl wanted to talk - it's just her and her daughter - she was really enjoying talking about her house and we ended up in long discourses on home improvement and interior decorating. I even saw photos of some ruins in Puerto Rico she took - photography is her hobby - they were so good I was tempted to offer to buy them!!

I got home about 10:30 p.m. but it was a fun signing.
