International Mortgage, Glendate, CA....

Anyone recently work with this company? I searched and noticed Brenda questioned it back in January but not much info. Just curious...

Accepted a signing from them this evening - I called borrowers to set time (no e-docs sent yet) and it turns out the borrowers were in Las Vegas - (just a little far from San Diego)

I had signing for them several times last year but declined any after 2 lo would not pay. A lot of problems with getting the docs on time. I hope you have better luck.

Thanks Della, yes my luck is better - didn't do signing since borrowers are in Las Vegas!
