Did my first one for them this a.m. It was an easy New Century package. Informed borrowers. Docs arrived late last evening. However, my requests to Loan Closing Service and the title company for direction on what docs they wanted the spouse to sign went unanswered ( I read through the lender's volumnious closing instructions to find my own answer) - I also never received a reply to my request for a second phone number when borrowers weren't calling me back to set up a time. Still have not received a reply to my request for directions on returning docs.
