Okay, I asked about the Note.
*‘NE VAREITUR’ for identification with a mortgage given before me on August 21, 2006.*
on the note. She said just to go ahead and sign it and they'll type in "Notary for My Bwr" Sheesh. I am waiting to get to talk to her on the phone to explain to her I will do that, but she cannot do it for me.
I think she also wants me to do the same on the rest of the notary certs but I am attaching my own. It's not worth $xxx.xx for something to go awry and me face consequences of it. I don't know these people, the lender, the title company or anything. It's a balloon note to boot.
