Non-payment

I am wondering if anyone can offer me any suggestions. I closed a double loan on March 13, 06 for a Florida company and have not received payment. I have been leaving messages, e-mailing and faxing invoices since but have not received any responses. I tried to call and fax again today but both numbers are disconnected. This has never happened and am wondering if I have any recourse to collect the money or if I should just give up. Thanks for your advice... Karen

Karen...perhaps it would help if

you mentioned the SS name. There are a couple of Fla. notaries on this forum that can find a knat in a hay stack! They may have alternate numbers. That's where I would begin.

Re: Karen...perhaps it would help if

Sue, I tried to mention the company name but I could not send the post. Maybe capital letters messed it up I will try again. I just did not want to bash the co though I do not think it is going to still be in business. Company is integrity. Thanks for your response!

Re: Karen...perhaps it would help if

Again it would not send post with the whole company name. The second part of the name is notary.

Re: Karen...perhaps it would help if

My dear Karen,

Many of us here know the SS you speak of. The reason you can not post the company name is because the owner of the SS in question became a direct competitor of this site and did so in a less than honorable way. I will be more than happy to share with you all the information I have on this slickster. Please email me by clicking on my username

"The second part of the name is notary."

Re: Karen...try this

Go to HIS website and mention on HIS message board that you have not been paid. Maybe BS will add himself to his own NO NO LIST.

I must be really out of the loop

because I still have no idea who you guys are talking about. Who is B. Silver? What competing website does he run? Where am I?

I know it's going to be a V-8 headslap moment (did I just age myself?) when I figure it out, but right now I'm about as clueless as a notaryclasses.com valedictorian.

B is for Barry. Last name is Silver. Company is Integrity****Notary I believe. (Just take out the asterisks)

CaliBug, Open that thread and start reading. That message was deleted.

Do a search on user "barry."

Since March? Think I'd have a little talk with the Title Co. It probably won't get you any money, but at least you & they will know what's going on... or, more to the point, what isn't going on. Might even get you some title direct work.

This SS co lost the account of the title company which I believe consequently put him out of business. I did think of calling the title co but they will probably think it is my problem. They have moved on to another signing co for services. Thanks Lee for responding.

Karen,

If you need a collection letter, I have one. It worked for me. Will be glad to share. Good Luck.
