I have a quick question. I have a friend who is not a notary (yet). Can he become a Premier member before becoming a notary? He would would like to register as a primary member and take the premier advantage of $9 course for getting his commission. Is that possible?

You might try asking Harry, Scroll down to "contact us' and click on that. Then you can ask him direct.

Yes, that should be possible. Keep in mind, however, that the total cost for getting his commission will be much greater than $9 (when considering the bond, stamp, application and filing fees, etc.). After he joins and upgrades, just make sure he's signed-on when placing the order to take advantage of the discounted pricing.
