Notaries To You...Payment info
They have been removed from my database long ago. There must be a heck lots of bottom feeder out there for them to stick it.
**************************************************************** Due to the increase of notaries in our database that are no longer accepting our fees we have no choice but to reiterate our fees and payment terms. If you do not agree to these terms please respond to this e-mail requesting to be removed from our database. Please be sure to include your name
We pay on the 1st and the 15th of every month whether or not we’ve been paid and we guarantee your pay. The only requirement we have to receive payment for a signing is that you properly submit the online completion, included in the Signing Assignment e-mail, by 9:00 AM PST the next day.
The only time the agreed upon fee would change is if the signing was not completed due to incorrect loan terms or borrowers being a “no show”. In such instances, we do reimburse for a travel and/or print fee.
We do not pay based on how many people are signing or how many pages there are to a loan package.
NOTE: ONLY RESPOND IF YOU WISH TO BE REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE. IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN IN OUR DATABASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL.
Our Fees are as follows:
Single Loan Package – Shipped via Overnight Courier – $65.00 Shipped via E-mail – $85.00 Foreign Language Signing – Add $20.00 Travel over 20 miles – subject to negotiation depending on area
Two Loan Packages – Shipped via Overnight Courier - $85.00 Shipped via E-mail - $105.00 Foreign Language Signing – Add $20.00 Travel over 20 miles – subject to negotiation depending on area

I would work for them on occasion if they met my fee, now this is saying they will not negotiate. I replied asking to be removed from their database, the fees they are proposing are ridiculous.

I rcvd same, replied telling them to remove me from their database and something about another middleman not paying the majority of the fee to the people who actually do most of the work. Rcvd a response that was chillingly civil stating they pay over 50% of their fee to the notary. Now this brings up a real sore point with me. Agents get 10%, lawyers get 30% (contigency); why are signing companies getting such a large chunk? Pretty soon I think we shall see some legal/legislative action regarding signinig companies. All it takes is enoough complaints to your State Officials/Elected Representatives.
