OT - My Ebay auction ended

I guess this puts me at my OT quota for the month.

My item sold in the last 5 minutes, just like you all said it would. I got $160.00 above my starting bid. Not bad, eh? I had a blast selling... looking for something else to list....hmmm hubby hasn't used his clubs for awhile....wonder if he'd notice....yep, I'm hooked!

hey Hey HEy HEY... not the clubs. How many feet you got?

Two right?

So if you got more than 6 shoes (three pair) e-bay them and buy your poor hubby a couple rounds.

As men age golf is an important sport... make sure you rent him a cart too...

Oops. Did I just say that on a 70% female board? I better put on my asbestos boxers and go hide in the corner.

Thank's for the reminder Gary. I DO need some new shoes! As for the clubs, hubby said to go ahead and sell them. Then he'd have a good excuse to buy a new set, one's that worked better.

And for the curious, I sold a Syd Hill Sports Special with a med. tree. And yes, it was mine.

I would be very interested to see your asbestos boxers. Let us know when you get ready to sell them on ebay. It would be hard to pass that special item up.

Thanks, Brenda

Awesome Blueink!

Those watchers were interested from the get go. You got lucky selling over bid, impressive! I'm the type that thinks like those who hold garage sales...sell this, get money, go to a garage sale, yeah!

Um, better make sure hubbola doesn't EVER plan to use his clubs ya know. You could be selling the rest of his stuff.
Funny story, I was looking at Ebay for twin size quilts, I like them better than the wash once, then have 'balloon bottom' comforters. I was so overtired and at the point where I just wanted something and be done with it, Lo and behold, I stumbled upon a quilt that was only $8. Do my eyes forsake me?
Being the sale shark that I am, I checked it out and it was new - looked good to me! Smile
In my defense, it was after midnight, I'm usually an hour or so into dreamland.

Found out later that the &@#$%&* thing was for a dollhouse! This was a major league DUH in my book of DUHs. Oh yeah, I watched that sucker to the end. What an idiot....lol
