That is Industry Partners Title. It has been a few years since I did anything for them - they no longer meet my fee (they told me they have someone in my area who does them for $75, I won't) but I had to invoice them and they sometimes paid at the end of the month, sometimes I had to remind them. But I always got paid.

They cut checks on the 15th of the month following signings and they send them via UPS - provided that you sent your invoice to John by the end of the month. If you did not invoice, you will not get paid.

The main problem I have with them is that they consistently get their edocs to me hours after the appt. I did 3 for them and it happened all 3 times. Then when I said I was no longer available b/c of another appt. they tried to get me to back date the next day. (and even said that I had told someone I had no problem with that!)
So, I turned them down whenever they had a request. After a year and a half went by, I thought I'd give them another try. Nothing had changed, unfortunately.

I haven't had any payment problems with them and they are the only company that I deal with that sends my check UPS which is nice because that is the only time in the last couple of years that UPS has delivered anything to my front door except for personal purchases!!

But, I think they are somewhat disorganized as far as getting the edocs to me in a timely manner but that could be said for a lot of other companies. DUH!
John is very nice to deal with and is very professional!

One of the reasons I like working for NASCO is I never have to travel more than 10 miles and the 4 I have for Mon & Tues; the 2 on Monday are already emailed to me and printed. Their total package is approx. 60 pages and the loans are usually signed 20-30 minutes.

They are not the best pay out there but they pay like clock work and they can be a bread & butter part of a loan signer's business.

THEY NO LONGER USE UPS TO DELIVER CHECK ON THE 15TH, AND YES THEY ARE BEHIND ON PAYING ME TOO.
