Payment issues with ServiceLink & NationalLink?
Anyone else having payment issues with these companies? I billed them the last day of June for all the title searches I did in June, mailed them duplicate invoices mid July, and again on August 1. I've never had a problem with them in the past. I did a lot of title work for them last month, so both companies are getting large invoices, I also did a couple closings, since they agreed to my fee 2 times last month. I've been doing business with them for several years, so I know to mail everything. But they've never gone over 30 days for anything before.

I'm not having any problems with them. In fact, they are my fastest paying ss. I sent them a pretty large invoice 7/27 and received payment 8/4.

Call Service link and ask to speak with Shannon Caldwell in AP. I'v never had a problem with Service Link paying, but have had problems with them meeting my fees. Every now and then I get lucky or they get desperate.

When you sign up with them, they email you or mail you blank invoices with your vender id, etc already typed in.
