Prompt and Precise Closings

of Trinity, Florida. Any info on them, including how long they've been around, is appreciated?

Sue,
Did you ever find out anything about Prompt and Precise Closings?

I have a signing for them tonight.

Thanks,
Ann Marie

I just accepted a signing for this evening. I, also, would appreciate hearing what other people have to say about Prompt and Precise Closings.

Thank you!

The first lump of edocs looked fine, but the second lump was for a different borrower in a different state! The signing was cancelled after I'd printed the edocs and reported the error. I did receive an edoc fee (and it was received in a timely manner), but nothing else. The signing was supposed to be rescheduled, but I never heard about it.

Bottom line: I'd accept another signing from Prompt and Precise.
