QUESTIONS ???

What documents would a non-qualifying spouse need to sign for a owner occupied property ?

What documents would a non-qualifying spouse sign on an investment property if they will NOT appear on title?

1) It depends on the state you are in AND/OR the state the property is in. Bottom line, it's not up to you to make the call.

2) see number one.

3) what test are you taking?

THANKS 4 RESPONDING !! I am in N.C. , so I assume I would need to find out what our state law would suggest.
It's not really a test...just a couple of questions (among others) from a signing service company that I have been trying to get aboard. They are pretty tough to get into their data base. I will continue my research to find the correct answers. Dan B

Its not a test really

Just 50 questions and if I answer 35 or more correctly I get into their database...

If it walks like a duck...

Dan,
The answer to your question is: Study, Research or hire a tutor.

Good Luck!
