I been trying to talk to Colleta Jones and she is not answering my phone calls. I tried her fax and is been disconected to a non published number. I felt something was fishy when she wanted me to send the package with my own fed ex account, I try the BBB on her but I cant find her.

Brad_CA can you help me on this?

I hope she is only out of town or something but too many days without anwering a phone or voice mail?

answer is NO!
Although I do have one client that I do it for. It's a LO and the price is included in my fee. I was curious what others do and for any who do use their own FEDX number, have you had trouble collecting?

I only did it once for an attorney in Louisiana. Of course she pays $500.00 for a first and second on a purchase. She always includes shipping with check and sometimes throws in an extra $25.00 check for my troubles. I could do these all day long. I wish!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's easy for me - I don't have a FedEx OR UPS account - and I let them know that so if they want to send me the package they also need to provide a UPS return label or a FedEx account number.
