Return of docs to Ticor

I handled a signing last night for BancServe/Ticor that was supposed to be overnight docs, but ended up being edocs. This morning as I prepared to send the docs, I realized that I do not have return info.

According to the signing verification sheet, the docs were to be sent in a return envelope by Fed Ex. According to the Loan Document Worksheet, I believe that the docs should be returned to: Ticor Title, Attn: Pat Pomfret, 27800 Skypark Drive, Suite 125, Torrance, CA 90505.

Could someone please email me Ticor's Fed Ex tracking #? Thanks!

Just put their address as the sender as well as the receiver and bill to receiver. They will pay for it.

I did that once because I was not provided a FedEx shipping account number. Found out later that the package was held up at the local FedEx facility for 24 hours because of it, but it was delivered on the second day.
