SIGNING AGENT QUESTION

I have been a Notary Signing Agent in N. Carolina for approx 8 months. I am seeking to obtain more signings thru application to several different Signing Service companies. One particular company had a couple of questions which I was unable to answer and would appreciate an experts help for the correct answers. Thanks !! Dan B.
