Seriously, I was told by the "switchboard" gentleman that a certain person is the only one working in accounting. She never answers her phone, always voicemail. I am waiting for payment from June. It's horrible. On Monday, all 3 dead beats will be getting reported to the BBB.

No problem, the signing was Valentine's Day and it was $67.50 for a first and second mort. (buyers had docs) It was one of my first signings. We'll see if the threat of small claims court will boost their morale.
