Scary thing happened

I finally got my KY notary. I missed 30 day window twice (laziness in my part). My KY notary experince went like this: I had to have the county clerk notarize the statement( twice cause of my laziness). Never once was my id check. Each time it was sent to state for approval, again no type of ID was requested. Finally went down today, I had to bring my Uncle to sign for bond since I was not a residence in KY. They never asked for ID or proof of owning property in the county. Never asked me for my ID and sworn me in. NOw I am able to commit fraud in the county cause they have no proof of who they just gave a notary commission to and that I didnt bring a homeless man in off the street.

Kinda a scary thought....
