Sure would be nice if...

people would stop discussing religion and politics on this board. There are plenty of other boards and blogs where people can spout off on these subjects. It's getting ridiculous with all the space given to topics that are outside of the intent of this forum.

I have to whoeheartedly agree John. I come here to read about notary related articles or issues. If I want to read about politics or religion I pick up the newspaper.

It does seem that O/T is a VERY large portion of this site...
Could it be possible for the powers that be set up and O/T forum? I know we all like talking to each other for on topic and a certain time O/T. But when I come here for improving my knowledge, it would be really nice to be able to FOCUS on what the subject of this site is SUPPOSED to be about - NOTARY. It is bad enough I suffer from ADD, but add all of the O/T stuff, it is really hard for me to spend much time here at all!

of time on a discussion board about being a NOTARY? When I have, people give me a puzzled look. It is a good thing that more people don't understand what an interesting business this is.

That was funny Lynn. I've never told anyone I spend time on a notary board, but since you mentioned it I can imagine the response I would get...

Funny, since most people think we just sign our name on a piece of paper why the heck to we take the fall for everything and anything that goes wrong?
