Techies,please help!

All of a sudden for no reason that I can find all I ever get when I click on any link in an internet connections is the "Cannot display" page. I did the things it recommends such as Tools, Int. Ops,Connections and settings but nothing works. I called Roadrunner and they say it doesn't have to do with the cable connection as I can access the net.

Any ideas?

I don't even have a clue how to call.

Have you updated your browser lately? I had a similar problem a few years ago, and it turned out to be a glitch in an Internet Explorer update. You might try going to your browser's message board (Internet Explorer is Microsoft) to see if anyone else has had a similar problem recently.

It could be a number of things. First, try another browser and see if it works. (if you are using IE, try Firefox). If you have a router, it could be that. If so, disconnect your router, shut down your computer, wait 3 minutes. Plug your router back in and start up your compouter.
It could be the links you are clicking on are performing maintenance and you can access them, or they are no longer valid links.

Try to reset your router, in the back of it, its a little button that you can acces to it only by a sharp thing like a pen. Hope that will help.

Sorry, I clicked too fast, anyways, try to press that by holding the pen for more than 30 seconds.

I was going to suggest the same thing....check your router (if you have one) When I have your problem it's usually the router I use for my laptop. I reset it and the problem is taken care of!
