Did one Feb 4 & Apr 4. Just got paid last week after sending a very strongly worded email to the owner for the company. You can find his email on their website. If that doesn't work, consider calling title or lender.

I completed a signing on 6/3/06 for them.

I called the lender on mine, they told me it was not their concern as they do not hire notaries. I informed them about how many notaries are not getting paid from United and asked them to come here and research.

I filed with the BBB Saturday for non payment.

Raimond,

I just was hung up on by Naomy 6 times when I told her I did not have access to a computer at the exact moment when I was calling about payment. Did an appointment for them on 6/10/06 and have still not been paid. She had the nerve to call me uncivilized and told me to stop demanding things from her when I asked her to copy me on the email she claimed she was going to send the accounting dept. They insist there is no phone number to reach accounting and they can only be faxed or contacted via email. I am ready to report them to the BBB as well. Did you contact the one in your state or their state?

That's what happened to me!

I am very civilized - have NEVER been nasty to anyone on the phone. She hung up on me too! I have never been soooo mad in my entire life. Believe me, it was a very strongly worded email I sent. I had title and lender contacts & numbers ready to go if I did not receive my check. I got my check 3 days later.

I can't believe businesses out there slam the phone down on the receiver. Now that's unprofessional!

I have filed a report with the BBB in Colorado and I forwarded Keith the confirmation email they sent to me saying that my complaint has been recieved. I also told Keith in my third email to him this week that I will email him, title companies, lenders and as many notaries that I can think of so that no one will do business with him again until he honors his commitments.
