Using Google's Calendar System - I love it.
If you have a gmail account and you use it to receive confirmations, it will automatically prompt you to add an appointment to your google calendar.
You'll see a list to the left "Add to Calendar?" It knows what time and everything. Check it out.

I'm Using LinkedIn...
...for the insurance side of my business & it was fairly easy to choose as insurance is its own separate category. I went back to look at the categories LinkedIn offers & if you're wanting to network for your signing agent business the closest Industry of Expertise that I see listed is "Service Industry".

I chose Financial, subcatagory real estate, I didn't see anything closer than that.
