Vested Copy????

I recieved a package from IREP for a closing scheduled for Thursday at 1:00 PM. There were the copies to be notarized clipped together, the customer copy package clipped together, and another very small stack of papers clipped together with a cover page title VESTED COPY. I have never come across this before. Are these to be left with the borrower also??TIA for all the input.

customer copy goes to borrower, vested copy goes to the vested owner
