Waiting....Should I be concerned?

I have an appt with borrower at 9:30 this AM. SS sent confirmation yesterday afternoon. It is now 6:40. Still no docs. I realize docs can be last minute or late but will they still send on Sat. AM? Thought I would get them last night. Should I be concerned? Of course I get voice mail when I call. I'll pour another cup of coffee and take a deep breath.

Call BOs and explain that you never received docs. Many times you will find that signing has been canceled -- either there is a problem with the docs or something else, and you were never told that the signing is off.

Ok people! I have docs,

YIPPEE. Finally got ahold of escrow officer, only one in office. They sent them to the wrong email. Happy Day to all and thank you.
