Washington Title Agency (Michigan)

Has anybody worked with Washington Title Agency in Livonia, Michigan? They appear to be nice people but are very slow in paying. I did four closings for them in June and after many phone calls, I got a letter telling me that "Due to circumstances beyond (their) control," I would get paid on or about September 15th.

Does anybody know how long Washington Title Agency has been in business? Does this sound like a tactic to pacify loan closers until they shut their doors and dissappear?

Deadbeats!!!!!!!!

The other board mentioned the troubles with this company.

I think they are using a siging company. Run Run Run

I've done quite a few for them, and lucky me... I've been paid in about 40 days. I've never had any problems.

Run, run, run and don't look back. The last signing I did for them, it took over 90 days to get paid.
