Did anyone ever become a field agent for them? I received their e-mail and read the past posts but I did not find any follow-ups. Just curious.

I have the package they sent me, but I have not done anything with it. I have not found enough information on this company, or this field agent position to actually pursue it at this point. I am also curious to hear if there are is any follow-up.

I know of someone who is working a deal with them.

However, my big problem with this is that they do not have a contract exactly to show what their participation in the bargain will be "precisely." Nor, do they have a good method for us to track our progress.

My thinking is that many, many companies would be glad to get leads from us. Entrepreneurial thinking....thinking....thinking...

It's just like those lead companies which want you to go gather info from the public records. They'll pay you $.25 per completed record. Oh, please. Do better than that and I will consider it.

Do you know how much a rev mort lead is worth to an LO? Ol' Robbie Wagner's ads on late night tv are pulling in leads like crazy.

They only cost the LO $50 a pop.

I also received the package and didn't complete it. It sounded good over the phone, but I started analyzing it and did not like how it sounded.

They send you searching for mobile homes for sale, contact names of realtors and will even give you applications that you can get paid on. The fee schedule is attractive. What I didn't like was that if they hired 10 notaries or so in my city (which is a big city) or even within a couple of neighboring counties, how would I be assured that my lead was the one to be paid on? In other words, there did not seem to be a solid way for me to assure that my lead was the one that would get paid.

For instance, I go to a mobile home park. I find certain information. I submit it. However, someone else who they've hired may also be checking out that area and sending the same lead in. You get paid when your lead generates a loan.

Did not sound too good then. Might still be worth checking it out, though.

Just my take on this situation.
