What do you do?
A notary located in my area has her commission suspended and is taking some of my jobs, what do I do?

Are you absolutely sure her commission was suspended? Because if so, what she is doing is very much illegal and she should be reported.

Do you know for a fact her commission is suspended? How do you know she's taking your jobs? If you know for a fact, after an exhaustive search to prove that her commision is suspended, I would call the state and express to them that you think she is performing illegal actions.

Get copies of the mortgages she's notarized (either online or going to the Registry of Deeds) and send them to the SOS.
It's proof positive that she's notarizing while suspended, and she'll get herself into more trouble.

Charm is right
You can call your SOS and find out IF and WHEN she is suspended. If the notarial dates coincide with the suspension dates, you have a leg to stand on when filing a complaint. Be certain that you are correct, so you don't put your foot in your mouth. Anything less may look like harrassment. (not legal advice)
