What's up with eFax?

I have noticed a remarkable delay in delivering of faxes. I am also experiencing a delay in receiving them.

I signed up with e-fax during the stone age of loan signing. Lovingly known a "BE" or before e-docs. Lenders would fax you and entire loan package... choke! E fax was great. Free membership huge faxes. Then they started restricting and delaying. I signed up for the premier service but the delays continued. My fax count declined as e-docs flourished but I still let them auto debit my account now mostly paying for Junk faxes usually originating at a timeshare sale office. Until I got a notice that they would limit the number I could receive (hours after they were sent) and charge me extra for overage. Well it was goodbye e-fax and hello fax wave.

e-mail weird, too

Had one yesterday that was floating around in cyberspace for 8 hours from time sent to time received. Maybe not really THAT long--due to different time zones, but still quite a while before it hit my inbox.
