Would you fax the copy of the bbb report to the deadbeat co?
I'm just curious, I'm sending them a new demand letter, and I wondered if anyone has done this?

If you file the complaint the BBB will handle it. From the BBB website: "Your complaint will be forwarded to the company within two business days. The company will be asked to respond within 14 days, and if a response is not received, a second request will be made. You will be notified of the company's response when we receive it (or notified that we received no response). Complaints are usually closed within 30 calendar days. "

Above is info on BBB complaint process.

I already filed and it allowed me to print out a copy, so I was wondering if faxing it might speed up the process. But thanks for the input, I appreciate it. I ended up sending the fax and certified mail without it. I thought along the same lines, they'll handle it.

I would send it. Let them know you are aware what they are doing.
